HO CHI MINH CTY is a very busy place! It is VIETNAM'S largest city. It is still called Saigon by the people who live there. The character is essentially French. There are vendors all around and if they do not have a store front they walk by you and wave their goods in your face.

THE SILVER WHISPER IS ONE OF THE ONLY SHIPS THAT IS ALLOWED TO SAIL THROUGH AS YOU CAN SEE WE HAD LIKE 5 METERS TO SPARE
