ONE SIDE OF THE HARBOR IS LINED WITH HOUSES ON STILTS
FISHING VILLAGES
FISHING VILLAGES
ONE SIDE OF THE HARBOR IS LINED WITH HIGH RISES AND THE HUSTLING & BUSTLING OF THE CITY
THE STREETS OF OLD BANGKOK HAVE MANY MEMORIALS TO THE CURRENT KING & HIS FAMILY
THIS IS THE KINGS SISTER
THE CURRENT BELOVED KING RAMSES lX
HE IS 88 YEARS OLD
THERE ARE TEMPLES AND SHRINES EVERYWHERE IN BANGKOK
THIS ONE FACES THE GULF GREAT FOR US TO SEE AS WE SAIL BY
SUNSET ON THE GULF OF THAILAND
The city itself has both upper class neighborhoods and "slums" like many other city's. The people work very hard and when they hear that you are from the USA they indicate that they would like to go home with you. Actually one person wanted to go to the USA so badly that she said that she would be willing to do any kind of work that we needed.
Tomorrow KOH SAMUI, THAILAND ...
