SHOPS LINE THE CROWDED STREETS IN HANOI. THE SHOPKEEPERS LIVE IN APARTMENTS ABOVE THEIR STORES.

THE STREETS ARE TEAMING WITH SCOOTERS. THERE ARE VERY FEW TRAFFIC SIGNALS/SIGNS & YOU CROSS AT YOUR OWN RISK
OUR GUIDE HAD US ALL FORM A HORIZONTAL LINE HE WAS 1ST HE HELD HIS HAND UP FOR THE CARS AND SCOOTERS TO STOP AND WE CROSSED AS THEY WEAVED AROUND US

THE LOCALS HAVE GIVEN NAMES TO MANY OF THESE FORMATIONS

A SMALL FISHING BOAT TIED UP TO OUR JUNK. TWO ADORABLE CHILDREN SOLD BANANAS AND PINEAPPLE TO THE TOURISTS AND THREW KISSES AS THEY PULLED AWAY
